Bill every hour that is already in your calendar.
Calendar Timesheet turns the meetings in your Google Calendar into hours and amounts per client, in your own Google Sheet. It updates every hour, and on the 1st each client has a statement ready to invoice.
No timer to start. No account to create. Your data stays in your Google account.
Early access: while Google reviews the Marketplace listing, Calendar Timesheet comes as a ready-made sheet you copy into your account.

Each meeting rounded up to 15 minutes. Prepared from Google Calendar with Calendar Timesheet.
What the end of the month looks like without it
You open your calendar, go back four weeks and count each client's meetings. You copy dates and durations into a spreadsheet, round them and multiply by the rate.
It takes an evening, and you are never sure you have not missed a call that ran over. The hours were already in your calendar: you wrote them down once, when you planned the meeting.
Set it up once, in about three minutes
The setup reads the last 30 days of your calendar and asks only what it cannot guess.
Tick your calendars
Work, personal or a shared team calendar: pick the ones that hold billable time.
Name your clients
It finds the colours and guest email domains you already use and asks who each one is.
Turn on autopilot
The sheet updates every hour. On the 1st it closes last month and emails you the totals.
Everything you need to invoice, inside Google Sheets
Ordinary tabs in your own spreadsheet. Filter them, share them, print them to PDF like any other sheet.
A statement per client, every month
Every meeting with its date, times, billed duration and amount. Frozen when the month closes, so what you invoiced never changes.
Dashboard
Done, planned and expected by month-end.
Meetings to sort
Anything no rule recognised waits here. One click bills it and can remember the choice.
Your billing rules
Per client and per project.
Private by design
No server and no tracking. It reads your calendar, writes to your sheet and never edits your calendar.
The details that make the hours right
Counting hours from a calendar sounds simple until a meeting crosses midnight or sits in two calendars.
Only hours inside the month
A meeting across midnight or the end of the month is split at the boundary.
Counted once
The same meeting in two of your calendars counts once.
Declined meetings left out
Invitations you declined and all-day events are skipped; time marked free can be too.
Rounding and minimums
Exact time or rounded up to 5, 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, with an optional minimum per meeting.
Prepaid hours
Monthly or one-off retainers, with an email at 80% and 100%.
Notes that stay
Lines and notes you add by hand survive every update.
Simple pricing
Try everything free until your first month-end statement, 14 days at least. No card.

Questions
Where does my data go?
Into your own Google Sheet, in your Google account. The only thing that ever leaves it is your licence key, sent to Gumroad to check it. No analytics, no tracking. The privacy policy has the details.
Does it change my calendar?
No. It only reads it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your statements stay in the sheet and export keeps working for free. Autopilot, clients and rates need a licence.
Why does Google say it hasn't verified the app?
During early access, Calendar Timesheet comes as a ready-made sheet that you copy. The copy belongs to you, so Google shows its standard warning for scripts it has not reviewed. The Marketplace version is going through Google's verification. The step-by-step page shows each screen.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your Gumroad receipt. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. See managing your subscription.
Does it work with Google Workspace accounts?
Yes, with personal Google accounts and Google Workspace accounts, as long as your organisation allows add-ons and scripts.
